Seam allowance magnet for scissors

The Seam Allowance Guide makes adding seam allowances to pattern pieces quick and easy. With this handy tool, you can cut the seam allowance straight away without having to draw it out in chalk first and use a ruler or seam gauge.

The magnet on the guide keeps it firmly in place on the scissors while cutting the pattern pieces. You can also use these guides on a rotary cutter.

The yellow guide is suitable for scissors with a slightly sloping blade (approximately 3 degrees).

The green guide is for scissors without a slope on the outer edge and is ideal for both straight cutting and precision work at the tip of the scissors.

The distance is easy to adjust, depending on the desired hem or seam allowance width. Suitable for seam allowances from 5 to 30 mm.
