Product description

Houndstooth, or Pied-de-poule, is a two-colour textile pattern consisting of abstract, broken diamond shapes. The pattern is created using a special weaving technique, which gives the fabric a repeating tile-like structure, usually in black and white, but also in other colour combinations. Originally a Scottish pattern worn by shepherds, it is now a popular pattern for clothing, such as suits, trousers, accessories and interior design.
